Daily Bean Coffee strives to make your experience with us a pleasant and satisfying one. We have two goals at Daily Bean Coffee. The first is to provide Exceptional Premium Coffees. The second is your Guaranteed Satisfaction.
Because we Roast to Order for You at the time of receiving your specific order, orders cannot be changed/canceled once you submit them. We request you examine your order closely before submitting to be sure the order is accurate. This is how we deliver the freshest coffee possible to your door.
If your order arrives and is not the item(s) you ordered, please let us know immediately by contacting FreshRoasted@dailybeancoffee.com. We will work to correct the situation as soon as possible with a replacement order. We request you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, so we can address the situation as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, you would like to contact us about our products, we would like to hear from you.
