Who is Daily Bean Coffee?

Daily Bean Coffee is a coffee club designed to bring Members world-class coffees at affordable prices. We deliver straight to your door for maximum freshness and enjoyment. Exceptional Coffees, Everyday Prices.

What makes Daily Bean different?

We offer a variety of exceptional coffee, sourced from premium growers around the world. Daily Bean Coffee is roasted to order, so you always receive fresh coffee, roasted the way you want it. We make it easy for you to have coffee delivered, free of charge, to your home or office automatically, without any long term commitment. And maybe best of all, you pick what you want, when you want it. We take care of the rest. Learn more about membership.

Do I need to be a Member to buy Daily Bean Coffee?

Yes. We reserve our coffees for club members only at this time.

Why Do I See Non-Member Pricing in the Product Pages?

The non-member pricing reflects the market value of the coffee and, should we ever offer our coffees to non-members, is the price they would pay for those coffees.

Can I Choose From All Daily Bean Selections?

Yes! You always get to choose from our full offering. Upon receiving your order, we roast it fresh for you and ship within 36 hours.

Do the coffee offerings ever change?

Yes. Daily Bean strives to have consistent availability of most items throughout the year. Since coffee is a crop, there may be times that specific items are unavailable. We will offer new coffees on a regular, seasonal, or limited basis throughout the year. Our goal is to consistently offer most coffees, so your favorite is always in stock, while finding and offering new, more exotic coffees whenever possible.

Is My Order Really Fresh Roasted For Me?

Yes. You are selecting the item, the roast, beans or ground, and, by default, the ship date. When your order is submitted, it is customized based upon your preferences and shipped (free to members) within 36 hours.

This Sounds Too Good to be True. How is it possible?

The Daily Bean mission is to bring our Members a first-class coffee experience at affordable prices. By doing a few things differently, we are able to save on overhead and offer our Members great coffee from around the world. There are no smoke and mirrors. We simply pass the savings on to our Members!

What is My Risk?

Zero! You get a free 30 day trial membership, after which there is no obligation to join. If you do join, there is no obligation to stay for any length of time, no minimum purchase requirements, and no hidden fees!

How Much is My Membership Fee?

Membership Fees are $5.00 per month. As with most membership fees, the charge is applied monthly to the credit card you have on file. We also offer a convenient annual payment feature if you prefer.

What is the Advantage of an Annual Membership?

If you select the Annual Membership option when joining, we offer a 15% discount from our already low Membership Fee. The Annual Membership will renew automatically at the end of your 365 day membership.

Why Have a Club Membership When I Can Buy Coffee in My Local Shop or at the Grocery Store?

The club can offer you many benefits (we like to call them perks), that you do not get at your local shop or grocery store. Here are a few:

  • Cost-lower than your local coffee shop and possibly higher than your grocery store. Coffee shops have tons of overhead to cover. Great places to hang out, but maybe not the best place to buy your coffee for daily or home use. Grocery stores have lots of brands, many of low quality, but not always much variety. And, coffee takes a while to reach grocery shelves. Time spent traveling to and sitting on the shelf are not beneficial to coffee.
  • Convenience-fresh-roasted coffee delivered to your door. It doesn't get much better than that. Plus, if scheduled properly, you may never wake up and be out of coffee.
  • Freshness- coffee does not get better with age, once the beans are roasted. Your Membership ensures fresh roasted coffee because we only small-batch roast when you order.
  • Perks- Local coffee shops and grocery stores do not offer the combination of variety, cost and convenience that you receive as a Member. Plus, you may get some free coffee once in a while! 
Should I become a Member?

Yes. The club offers something for everyone! Here are a few:

  • Experienced fine coffee drinkers-Membership can offer you more selection at better prices than you may be receiving currently. 
  • Novice fine coffee drinkers-Membership affords you the opportunity to expand your coffee taste buds without the expense. 
  • Basic coffee drinkers-convenience store, fast food and dispensing machine coffee may get you through the day, but wouldn't it be nice to have some good coffee when you are at home?
  • Light or heavy coffee drinkers-if you drink one or more 12 oz bag of coffee per month, then Membership has the perfect perks for you.
Can I Give Memberships as Gifts to My Friends and Family?

Yes, gifts can be given as a Membership only (the recipient orders their own coffee, shipped free thanks to your gift) or you can gift a Membership and auto-ship them coffee at the desired frequency.

What If I want to stop my membership?

You can stop your Membership at any time. Simply login to your account and cancel your membership. Your membership will stop at the end of your billing period and you will not be charged for further months. 

Can I Temporarily Suspend My Membership?

Yes. Suspension of Membership work the same as a stop. Suspensions and stops can be restarted at any time. However, you will miss out on perks such as rewards for purchases without continuous Membership. Any accumulated Reward Points (Beans) will be lost if Membership is suspended or cancelled. 

How Does the Membership Work?

Its straight forward! Once you join the club, (Join Here) you will receive an email with a link to set up your password. You can then go in and set up your account information, including your shipping address(s). You have a 30 Day Free Trial before Membership charges apply. Throughout the 30 Day Free Trial, you can purchase coffee at Membership prices, and otherwise enjoy the full benefit of a membership. After the 30 day trial period, you will be billed for membership each month and continue to enjoy all the perks. Read more about our perks here.

What If I Don’t Know Which Coffee I Want to Order?

Our Favorites section on the homepage is a good place to start. You can also email us with any questions you may have and we will be happy to make recommendations. We will also periodically send out emails with recommendations of current or new coffees we are offering.

Can You Auto-ship Me or Do I Need to Order Each Time?

Yes, you can set up your account for auto-ship at any quantity and frequency you prefer or you can order manually each time you want coffee.

Are Minimum Orders Required to Remain a Member?

No. You are never under any obligation to purchase a specific amount of coffee. You remain an active Member of Daily Bean Coffee Club by paying your membership fee each month or annually. No further purchases are required to maintain your Membership.

Why Would I Pay a Membership Fee and Not Buy Coffee From You?

Typically you wouldn’t. But if you are unavailable for a period of time, your membership does not require minimum coffee purchases each month. You may choose to keep your membership active during a time period when you aren’t ordering, so that you may keep your rewards active.

What If I Don’t Like a Coffee I have Selected?

No problem. We want you to be happy. Daily Bean has a Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. See Returns for more information.

Can I Cancel An Order?

Since your order is made to your specifications and shipping right away, we cannot cancel once an order is submitted. Please check your order prior to submitting to ensure it is what you wish to receive.

 

How Much Do I Pay for Shipping?

Zero. Members always receive Free Shipping.

How Soon Will I Receive My Coffee?

Typically 3-5 business days after ordering. This can vary depending upon where you live and carrier schedules. We ship via USPS, but may use UPS or Fedex for larger quantity orders.

Can I Have Product Shipped to Addresses Other Than My Own?

Yes. You can have product shipped to friends, family, work place, your vacation spot, or anywhere that has a deliverable address in the contiguous 48 states and D.C.

What If I Want to Ship to Multiple Locations from order to order?

Simply enter the addresses in your account profile and select where you would like each order sent. It is not possible to split 1 order between multiple shipping locations. For this, you will need to place a separate order for each different address.

Can I Ship Outside the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship to the 48 states. International, Alaska, Hawaii shipping is not available yet. When that changes, we will let everyone know.
